Week in Gaming July 22nd-26th

So with work being so crazy this summer its hard to post news story's everyday. So with a little work this is the first week in review post for Burney Gamer. So I have only picked 3 stories the first time... This is a ever growing site and new posts will be happening.

Fez 2 Cancelled

After being announced last E3 it looks as if the sequal to the amazing puzzler Fez is just not happening. With a vague message left on Polytron's website, it seems not to many believe that this is real. Its a sad thing that this indie title didn't recieve a second game as the first is so wonderful. It may have gone through a long development and some issue's after release; Fez is a must buy game.

Polytroncorporation.com

"FEZ II is cancelled.
i am done.
i take the money and i run.
this is as much as i can stomach.
this is isn’t the result of any one thing, but the end of a long, bloody campaign.
you win."
This is the message you will see on the front of the web site. Maybe some people shouldn't even try to make a game if they have such a troubling time doing it.

Kinect Sports Rivals Delayed to 2014

Being announced as a launch title for the Xbox One system it was revealed that Rivals will be delayed until the spring of 2014. When asked as to why the game was being delayed a Microsoft rep told IGN.com-

“Kinect Sports Rivals is an ambitious project and a technological forward leap in Kinect-based gaming. Launching in the spring will allow the team extra time to add polish and ship the game as originally envisioned without compromising any features.
We will debut our first playable demos at Gamescom and PAX Prime next month so media and consumers can experience Kinect Sports Rivals first hand.”- Ign.com
So thats one game off the launch list...will any more drop or will some mystery game be added to the launch?

Battlefield May Allow Stat Transfer

With Fifa and Madden both announcing that players will be able to transfer  their Ultimate teams from the current consoles to te next generation of consoles. Battlefield developers Dice have inquired on Twitter that they are now looking into the same thing. What this means is some show of support to the die hard fans who may buy more then one copy of this game that in my opinion is better then Call of Duty.
